By completing this purchase, you agree to the following terms:
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in Full: Full payment is due at time of registration.
Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan option, you authorize automatic monthly charges to your payment method on file. All payments must be completed before the first day of the retreat. Failure to complete payments will result in forfeiture of your spot and you will be refunded according to the cancellation and refund policy schedule.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
More than 60 days before retreat (before April 26, 2026):
Full refund minus $250 administrative fee
30-60 days before retreat (April 26 – May 26, 2026):
50% refund
Less than 30 days before retreat (after May 26, 2026):
No refund. You may transfer your spot to another person (subject to our approval). Transfer fee of $100 applies if done within 30 days of retreat.
Medical Emergencies:
Medical emergencies with documentation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
RETREAT CANCELLATION BY GROUNDED MAMA RETREATS
In the rare event we must cancel or postpone the retreat due to weather, natural disaster, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive either:

Full refund of all payments made, OR
Option to transfer your payment to a future retreat date

RETREAT PARTICIPATION

All participants must be 21 years or older
Retreat activities are optional; participation is at your own discretion
By attending, you acknowledge this retreat is for wellness and personal growth, not medical or mental health treatment
You are responsible for your own medical needs and any required medications
You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and what is shared in circles and group discussions

LIABILITY WAIVER
You acknowledge that participation in retreat activities (including but not limited to yoga, meditation, use of hot tub/sauna, and other physical activities) carries inherent risks. You agree to participate at your own risk and release Grounded Mama Retreats, Sandy Woznicki, and all affiliates from liability for injury, illness, or loss.
PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing of your objection.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & ACCOMMODATIONS
Please notify us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or accessibility needs at checkout. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all requests can be met.
TRAVEL & LODGING
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the retreat venue. Exact address and directions will be provided upon registration. Room assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis for shared accommodations.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful environment for all participants. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
CHANGES TO RETREAT
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the retreat schedule, activities, or accommodations as needed. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
